Due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect purchases.
However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please follow the process below so we can make it right.
📦 Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or replacement, we require:
- Clear photos of the damaged product(s)
- Photos of the original packaging

🚚 Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost or fails to arrive at the shipping address you provided, please contact us at allnaturallyrooted@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to track the package and file a claim if necessary.
Note: All of our shipments are insured in case of loss, theft, or confirmed damage during transit.

Because we work in small batches and begin preparing orders shortly after purchase, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and paid. Please double-check your order before confirming at checkout.
